My Journey

My professional path in education, management and human resource development has always had one common core: people. The ability to listen meaningfully, to understand beyond words, and to stand where someone is struggling.

For more than 15 years I designed educational programmes, led teams and worked alongside people at critical crossroads in their lives — students, professionals, families. What defined my work was not strategy or structure. It was the responsibility toward the person in front of me and the future I could help them build.

Learning has always been at the core of how I live and work — long before any formal qualification. I am always looking ahead: what is coming, what is changing, how I can grow in order to be genuinely useful to those who come to me. First as a person. Then as a professional.

This path did not change direction. It evolved into a conscious and responsible choice to enter the field of Counselling and Psychotherapy — through studies at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, specialisation, and a personal journey through psychotherapy.

The understanding I bring to my work combines clinical training, structured professional experience, and a deep personal knowledge of what it means to find your way through complex and demanding circumstances.

In our sessions I bring knowledge, experience and empathy. I create a safe, confidential space where you can be heard and understood — without judgement, without pressure. We work together, at your own pace, to bring about the change you define — and which requires the courage to look honestly at what you want to change.

My Approach

My approach is integrative — which means I do not work from a single theoretical model, but draw deliberately from multiple evidence-informed frameworks: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialogical and Relational approaches, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. What guides the selection is not preference, but the complexity and uniqueness of each individual case. I work with structure, clinical judgment, and attunement.

  • Narrative Therapy — We re-examine your story with fresh eyes

  • Dialogical Approach — Change happens through genuine connection

  • Relational Therapy — We focus on the patterns that shape your relationships

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) — We recognise and reshape thoughts and behaviours that are holding you back

  • Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) — We improve relationships and communication in your immediate environment

  • Trauma-Informed Therapy — We work safely with experiences that left deep marks

  • Family Therapy — We support the family system through difficulty and change
